Dr. Delk and his staff work closely together as a cohesive unit. The staff at the office have all of the training necessary to help prevent, diagnose, and treat any and all of your dental needs. They stay current on the latest advances in research and treatment so you know you’ll get the most advanced care available anywhere to help meet your dental goals and expectations. All of our staff have a long history of working in the dental field, and have settled nicely into our practice. We are extremely lucky to have all of these fine ladies as a part of our wonderful team.
Administrative Staff

Deborah
Deborah is our Office Administrator who joined our team in March of 2019 as an administrative assistant. She grew up in Richmond and worked in health care for over 5 years prior to joining the dental field in 2017. Deborah received her certification in Dental Radiology from the VCU Dental School.

Amy
Amy is both our administrative assistant as well as a chairside assistant who joined our office in 2018. She is from Hanover and received her certification in 1999 from John Tyler Community College. Amy has been working in the dental field since then, and has worked in many different specialties in the Richmond area.
Dental Assistants

Blair
Blair is one of our assistants who joined our team in October 2022. She was born and raised in Richmond and has worked in dentistry for six years as both an administrative assistant and chairside assistant. She received her Dental Radiology certification from Northern Virginia Community College in 2020.

Erin
Erin is one of our assistants who joined our team in July 2021. She was born in the Richmond area and has worked in dentistry for 7 years after completing a dental assisting training program in 2016. She received her Dental Radiology Certification from VCU Dental School in 2017. Erin also works alongside the administrative staff when needed.

JordanDental Assistant
Jordan is one of our dental assistants that joined our team in March of 2024. She was born and raised in the Richmond area and has worked in dentistry for the past 13 years. She graduated with her associates degree from ECPI University in 2013 and received her dental radiology certification from VCU Dental School as well. Jordan enjoys every minute of her role as an assistant.
Hygienists

Paige
Paige is a Registered Dental Hygienist who joined our office in January of 2002. She is a native of Richmond and earned her Associate Degree from Fayetteville Tech in 2000. Paige has been in practice for over 20 years.

Whitney
Whitney is a Registered Dental Hygienist who joined our team in April of 2019. She was born in the Richmond area and received her BS in Dental Hygiene from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2007. She is also a member and past officer in the Commonwealth Dental Hygienist Society.
